Bought this for my Wii and it’s honestly the closest I’ve found to the original controller feel—the wired connection means zero lag, which matters for those frantic Mario Kart races. The indigo color is a nice nostalgic touch too, and it’s held up well through a few gaming sessions so far.
The button layout feels just like the original GameCube controller, so my muscle memory from twenty years ago kicked in immediately. Wired connection means zero input lag, which is exactly what I needed for Smash Bros. on my Wii.
The indigo color is exactly what I remember from the old days, and the cord length gives me plenty of room to lean back on the couch while playing on my Wii. Plugged it into my Gamecube and it worked instantly with no setup fuss, which is all I really wanted.
