Took about ten seconds to pair with my controller, and now I'm playing Super Metroid from the couch without tripping over cords. The receiver sits flush in the console slot, so it doesn't block the second controller port—nice little detail.

Finally, my old SNES is wireless — pairing a controller took maybe a minute and it holds the connection solid across the room. It does add a bit of lag in fast platformers, but for most games it's barely noticeable. Solid upgrade for $20.
