The exact match for the connector is what saved me here; it clicked in place perfectly on the first try, which is a relief after wrestling with the original install. I grabbed the full set just to be safe, and it's worth having the spares on hand if you're prone to shaky hands like I am.
The set arrived quickly and having spares on hand took all the stress out of my second install attempt. The replacement cable seated perfectly and everything powered up clean this time.
Tore one of these while fiddling with my install and nearly panicked, but having the option to buy just the single cable instead of the whole kit saved me. They match the original fit perfectly, so swapping it out took maybe ten minutes. Everything's back up and running like nothing happened.
